My education and experience is grounded in transpersonal ecopsychology, multi-cultural eco-spirituality, expressive arts, and poetic medicine. I taught courses and workshops at Sofia University including ecopsychology, creative expression, and spirituality across the lifespan. I was also a mentor, advisor and program director for Sofia University.
I am a Registered Expressive Arts Educator /Consultant (REACE) through the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association. I offer poetic medicine circles with themes about nature, spirituality, self-compassion, grief and transition, and creativity. I enjoy offering guidance in contemplative and earth based practices,
I am a poet, writer and photographer and am grateful for the ways the Earth invites and inspires me.
